F-Secure Health Check

F-Secure Health Check is an online service which:

• checks whether you have an Anti-Virus, Firewall and Anti-Spyware software installed on your computer
• checks whether you have known vulnerabilities in your applications
• checks whether you have applications that are no longer supported by the vendor
• helps you fix the vulnerabilities found.

System requirements:

• Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit
• Processor: Intel Pentium III 600 Mhz (minimum)
• Memory: 256 MB of RAM (minimum)
• Internet Explorer 6 or newer, ActiveX and Javascript enabled

Is this any good? My conclusion:

I was made aware of this a good few months ago now and tested it back then but completely forgot about it until having a look through the F-Secure blog.

Actually this is a quite good application and does what it says. Only drawback no text file type log created. Which is the only negative as this application has vast potential to be added in a Malware Fighters arsenal.
